Welcome to FAYVO!
These ‘Terms of Use’ govern your use of the FAYVO app and provide information about the FAYVO Service. When you download the FAYVO app using App Store or Play Store or use FAYVO, you agree to these terms.
When you sign up for or use the FAYVO app, you voluntarily give us certain information.
For your general information; whenever you use a website, mobile application, or another internet service, there’s certain information that almost always gets created and recorded automatically. The same is true when you use the FAYVO app.
Here are some of the types of information we collect:
A) Log data. When you use FAYVO, our servers automatically record information (“log data”), including information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website or use a mobile app. This log data may include your Internet Protocol address, the address of the web pages you visited that had FAYVO features, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, how you used the FAYVO app, and cookie data.
B) Device information. In addition to log data, we may also collect information about the device you’re using FAYVO on, including what type of device it is, what operating system you’re using, device settings, unique device identifiers, and crash data. Whether we collect some or all of this information often depends on what type of device you’re using and its settings. For example, different types of information is available depending on whether you’re using an iPhone or an Android phone.
C) Device Phonebook. With FAYVO, you choose to build a community of friends and followers, therefore, we ask you for permission to access your contacts for better services.
D) Camera and Photos. Many of our services require us to collect images and other information from your device’s camera and photos. For example, when sharing something, you can’t upload a photo or video from your camera roll unless we can access your camera or photos.
E) Location Information. When you use our services we may collect information about your location. With your permission, we may also collect information about your precise location using methods that include GPS, wireless networks, cell towers, Wi-Fi access points, and other sensors, such as gyroscopes, accelerometers, and compasses.
**To learn more about what information your device makes available to us, please also check the policies of your device manufacturer or provider.
Suggested posts or boxes you might like. For example, if you’ve indicated that you’re interested in cooking or recipes, you’ll see related content in your FAYVO feed.
For example, if you sign up using a Facebook account, we may help your Facebook friends find your account on FAYVO when they first sign up for it. Or, we may allow people to search for your account on FAYVO using your email address.
The information we collect may be “personally identifiable” (meaning it can be used to specifically identify you as a unique person) or “non-personally identifiable” (meaning it can’t be used to specifically identify you). We use both types of information, and combinations of both types, as described above. We may use or store information wherever FAYVO does business, including countries outside your own. FAYVO has the right to share aggregated or non-personally identifiable information with our partners, advertisers, or others. For example, we may tell an advertiser on FAYVO how many people reposted something they shared, or the percentage of people who clicked on a post after viewing it.
FAYVO is not directed to children under 13. If you learn that your minor child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at Info@fayvo.com
Our services may contain third-party content and integrations. We are using external APIs like YouTube for streamlining the process. None of your data will be shared with any third-party application or service. However, if you join those apps, we are not responsible for how those third parties collect or use your information. For YouTube, you can always refer to Google privacy policy and YouTube Terms of Services for better understanding. Similarly, for the other integrations, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of every third-party service that you visit or use.
If you ever decide to stop using FAYVO, you can just delete your account or ask us to delete the information and data associated with your account. We don’t keep any data after deletion.
We may change this policy from time to time, and if we do we’ll post any changes on this page. If you continue to use FAYVO after those changes are in effect, you agree to the revised policy. If the changes are significant, we may provide more prominent notice or get your consent as required by law.
